Its carefully curated menu features artisanal coffees, premium teas, and a variety of freshly prepared gourmet dishes made with locally sourced ingredients. Marketing Management

The owners of a new café, Stomping Grounds, required a business plan to be researched, drafted and designed. This document was required primarily for pitching to prospective franchisees and securing both local and international partnerships. A limited time of 4 weeks only was available to put the plan together from start to finish, hence necessitating a pragmatic approach to complete the work, involving fast track web research and customized content. As a result of maintaining close coordination with the business owners to obtain specific information and insights, and gather photos taken professionally by their contracted photographers, the deadline was successfully met.


The final 40-page business plan was handed over to the owners in an editable MS PowerPoint file, for any ongoing updates that may be required in the future. It acts as a blueprint that not only guides the café business toward its goals but also suggests adaptive techniques to thrive in a dynamic and uncertain environment. It contains all relevant sections with outlined strategies for potential franchisees to achieve their business goals, providing them with an operational framework and a strong marketing direction.
