Marketing Management
The owners of a new cafe, Stomping Grounds, required a business plan to be researched, drafted and designed. This document was required primarily for pitching to prospective franchisees and securing both local and international partnerships. Given the limited time of 6 weeks to put the plan together from start to finish, a pragmatic approach was adopted to complete the work within deadline, involving fast paced web research. Close collaboration and coordination was maintained with the business owners to obtain specific information and insights and gather photos taken professionally by their contracted photographers.
The challenge was to promote a new cafe. A detailed business plan was required by the management of Stomping Grounds, to share with new business partners, financial institutions and other stakeholders such as potential franchisees. An editable file in MS PowerPoint format was provided to the client to be able to easily edit it for future updates. The final business plan consisting of 40 pages was delivered. It contained all relevant sections that a business plan must have, and outlined strategies for the franchisees to achieve their business goals, operational framework, as well as a strong business marketing plan. It also presented well researched solutions to overcome competitive strains and attract its target audience. The business plan was successfully delivered to the owners of Stomping Grounds Cafe. It acts as a blueprint that not only guides the business toward its goals but also helps it adapt and thrive in a dynamic and uncertain environment.
